🙋 Is This Training for Me?

This training session is specifically tailored for learners who meet the following three conditions:

  • You are a Local User 
  • You have access to Genius Social 
  • You have already taken training on our core Social tools (Self Paced, Live, or Live Recording) or you are experienced with our core Social tools.   

How do I know if I am a Local User?

Local users typically have access to just one location and don't manage the full corporate company's instance of SOCi. Often, local users are a dealer, franchisee, agent, social media manager, local manager, etc., or anyone primarily focused on generating qualified leads and enhancing your location’s online presence.

Another way to tell if you’re a local user is to check the left navigation sidebar within SOCi. If you see “location” at the top, you’re likely a local user.

How do I know if I have access to Genius Social?

Access to Genius Social means your account includes Genius Social, and you, as an individual user, have access to Genius Social. 

If you open the 'Social' tab on the left and see a 'Genius' subtab, you have access to Genius Social. 

If you don't have the Genius Social subtab, your account may still have access to Genius Social. To check, see if there are any posts with a 'sparkle' icon in your Social Scheduler or go to Conversations--> Engagements to see if there are AI-generated responses.
